I highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond. We built our house 4 years ago, and ever since then we had nonstop issues with our furnace. We had multiple HVAC companies come out, and none of them tried problem-solving; they just tried to upsell us. We called the Heating and Cooling Guys, and I can't say enough positive things about this company. They tried to troubleshoot, they came out every week doing everything they could to get our furnace up and going. Had multiple employees come out to get second opinions. They actually showed that they care. They didn't even charge us extra for every time they had to come out because to them they didn't fix the issue (that's quality customer service). Unfortunately, we had to get a new one. Luckily, we used them to purchase it through as they didn't upsell us; rather, they gave us options, they weren't pushy, they made it as easygoing as possible.
