Had AJ come assess some problems with our A/C. He was super nice and straightforward. No pressures, just a tech that cared about finding the best solution and not up-selling. Jamis (sp) came to fix our problem, discovered the root issue, and resolved it.

A Very Good Experience
First time using this company and it was a very good experience. Was able to get an appointment to start up our swamp cooler within a week, whereas another company we called couldn't come out till the end of June! The tech Jaemus was friendly and professional. Very reasonable price for the service considering he had to drive an hour to get to our place. Will definitely use them again.

He was on time per my scheduled appointment, he was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He was able to review and repair the issue quickly. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had and went over the repair with me and did not try to make any up charges.
